About me

I support clients who are struggling with anxiety, people who are finding that stress and anxiety are ruining their everyday life. We work together to begin to 'tap into calm' using Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping. This powerful technique is proven to calm the stress response part of the brain and begin to regulate the nervous system. I use EFT to uncover limiting beliefs people hold about themselves, beliefs which have often begun in childhood and become embedded. We shine a light on these beliefs and gently begin to reframe them using tapping.

Examples of beliefs and behaviour that I have supported clients with are perfectionism, people pleasing, imposter syndrome and lack of confidence, as well as feelings of dread when waking in the morning and not being able to face the day. I work with clients to move them from feeling that they are surviving life to being able to thrive and choose to feel differently.

Further information

I work in a gentle and empathetic way. We go at the pace of the client and I always adhere to safety techniques. I have office space in central Lincoln for one to one, in person work as well as offering online one to one sessions using Zoom. I have learned that the outcomes are similar for both ways of working.

I generally offer 6 sessions to clients in order for them to witness transformational shifts in how they feel, however I also offer a 'one off' session so a client can experience EFT and how I work or a block of 3 sessions.

Emotional Freedom Technique is an mix of somatic (felt in the body) and cognitive work. As your practitioner I gently talk with you about the challenges and discomfort you are experiencing and lead the sessions whilst always supporting you during our time together but also between sessions. My clients report significant  beneficial shifts in how the feel emotionally at the end of our work together. Lighter, calmer, more confident and thriving, rather than surviving are some of the things they say. Reach out to me using email or a call and we can book a free, no obligation discovery call. I'm sure we can work together to help you to feel better.

Testimonials

"I have experienced EFT sessions with Sally over the past year and found them to be incredibly valuable! Sally has a wonderful supportive energy and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. We have worked on different things and I have left feeling lighter and more able to move forwards each time. I highly recommend making a booking and trying a session with Sally. She will support you to feel more aligned and authentic on your unique journey".

"I can’t recommend Sally highly enough! She is not only empathetic and kind, she is highly knowledgeable in the field of EFT. Sally really listened to my needs, what I wanted to focus on and by the end of the sessions I left with a real sense of calm and clarity as to why I was feeling the way I felt for so long.
I have gone away feeling less anxious, less overwhelmed and knowing that my feelings are valid.
Sally has taught me how to use the tapping exercises outside the sessions too so I can confidently use them at home, or wherever I may be, when I have any feelings that are impacting me in a negative way.

I can confidently say that the sessions with Sally have had a really positive impact on me; it has improved my relationship with myself and others which is invaluable.

Thank you so much, Sally!"

"Having struggled with anxiety and low mood for many years, I was pleased to meet Sally and learn about EFT. The impact of a relatively short period of this process has been life changing. I am able to feel peaceful, calm and enjoy life where previously I had a constant dread of each day. Sally is intuitive, empathetic, and extremely easy to work with. Totally recommend"

"Sally agreed to work with me following a period of overwhelm at work. I think of myself as quite resilient but I couldn’t seem to work through this on my own.
She helped me to realise that there were underlying issues that were hindering my ability to function as well as I could. Following a short set of sessions (and a lot of self reflection in between) she helped me to identify and tackle the issue which was the root cause.
I’m so grateful to her for patiently encouraging me to heal without judgement and would recommend her to anyone who can’t quite put their finger on what's wrong but knows that somethings not quite right. It was the best investment I've ever made"
