Hi, I am a Holistic Healer & Therapist and have over 23 years experience in this field. Welcome to my world of Holistic Healing and self-discovery! I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to embark on transformative journeys towards wellness and fulfilment.

My journey into holistic healing began after a life-altering accident that left me semi-paralysed. Drawing upon the wisdom of my Jamaican roots, where I witnessed the profound effects of herbal remedies applied by my grandmother, I embraced alternative therapies as a path to recovery. Acupuncture played a pivotal role in restoring my health and igniting my belief in the power of alternative medicine.

Fuelled by curiosity and a relentless desire to help others, I embarked on a journey of learning and exploration. Through rigorous training in Reiki Healing, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing with Tuning Forks, Anatomy and Physiology, Naturism, and Acute Trauma Healing, I honed my skills and developed a holistic approach to wellness.

My mission is to serve as a catalyst for healing and transformation, guiding individuals towards self-healing and empowerment. Whether through Coaching, Training, or hands-on healing sessions, I am committed to nurturing growth, awareness, and expansion in the lives of my clients and the wider community.

General information:

1. We offer Sound Healing with Tuning Fork Training. Training is available in 2 levels. Both levels 1 and 2 are delivered over a 2 day period. You will receive guidance on purchasing your Tuning Forks for the courses.

2. Training in the Usui System of Reiki Healing. 

There are 3 degrees in Reiki Training - Degrees I, II & III (Master level) Both training modalities are delivered in groups, on a one to one basis, face to face or Remotely. We offer our training, weekdays or weekends. In order that we meet the needs of our customers we are flexible in our approach to our work.

My fees above are specifically relating to training in Reiki Healing.

I offer face to face or Remote training and healing sessions. I am fluid with my work and will adapt to assist the clients, hence my training programmes will be adopted to suit the need of the client.

We have wheelchair access and are welcoming to who needs to find their way! It's a personal journey when we embark on our healing journey.
