About me

I'm a fully qualified Craniosacral Therapist working with adults and children who are experiencing a range of emotional and physical health related issues, including headaches and migraines, shoulder, neck and back pain, posture, gastrointestinal disorders/IBS, issues affecting the nervous system and neurological disorders.

Craniosacral therapy can help to alleviate symptoms associated with sensory issues, anxieties, pain and more by using light contact with your body to check your craniosacral system. By tuning into your body's craniosacral system and tissues, I am able to identify restrictions within your body that could be causing dysfunction and suffering; for example, a headache could be related to a pelvic issue.

Layers tend to build up over the years which can ultimately lead to chronic pain, psychological problems and/or emotional imbalances. Craniosacral therapy can help to address health issues, enable free flow of vitality and declutters emotional blockages.

I offer in-person sessions in Basingstoke or home visits for those locally who cannot travel. If you have any questions then I offer a 10-15 min telephone consultation. Please call me on 07552 603 602 or send an email.
