About me

Do you want to feel connected, in balance, in touch with your feelings? To feel calm and joyful? To let go of the grip of anger or depression? To free yourself from the legacy of abuse or trauma?

Craniosacral Therapy works in a gentle way to reconnect you to your best self on a physical, mental and emotional level. Together, we discover what it is your body needs rather than relying on external crutches such as people, drugs, alcohol or food. CST is a process of being truly heard so that the health that is present within can flourish, you can feel stronger and nurtured and lead life to it's full.

In addition to private practice I have recently worked at a school for children excluded from mainstream. One Teen came to see me 13 times on a weekly basis and a quote he gave me permission to use is “I feel free” which he said during a session.

Another Teen came back the following week and told me he felt “new” after his first session! These words were credit to CST and life-changing for these Teens.

It can be a relief not to have to talk through life's challenges but instead give the nervous system time to settle; for the system to be listened to; to be truly heard and this, in turn, can have deep effects on physical, mental, emotional well-being.

I look forward to welcoming you to the opportunities Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy offers in Chiswick or Marylebone.
