About me
The therapy I provide will be tailored to your specific needs and designed to enable you to develop the confidence and skills to manage your life in the future. As well as reducing stress and anxiety, I help people deal with phobias (such as a fear of flying), panic attacks, issues around weight loss or food addiction and problems with self-esteem and confidence. I also have experience of helping performers overcome stage fright and negative self-judgement whether that's in relation to auditions or stage/screen performance.
I use the techniques of EFT/tapping, hypnotherapy, relaxation and mindfulness to help people feel better and work towards their goals.
