I additionally provide emotional support throughout pregnancy and early motherhood.

I use my personal experience, knowledge and professional expertise and offer a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment for healing.

I have myself suffered Unexplained Infertility for 4 years, diagnosed with Adenomyosis - I conceived naturally at 40 after 3 ectopics and 1 miscarriage. I strongly believe in the importance of aligning our mental, emotional, physical, and energetic aspects to optimise fertility.

During conception, my aim is to help you cope with your current infertility, get at the root cause of what could cause it, heal from the past & optimise fertility. I will enable you to heal, process and release the mental and emotional blocks, triggers and patterns hindering your conception. I will support you deepen your mind-body connection, regain control and trust, confidence & cultivate a positive mindset.

I can provide you emotional support and coping strategies throughout pregnancy and beyond, helping you address stress, fears, limited beliefs and physical discomforts while promoting emotional well-being and bonding with your baby. We can also prepare emotionally and mentally for the birth  & support the postpartum adjustment. Ultimately I want you to live a more peaceful and positive pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience to start motherhood the best way possible. 

What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)? 

Emotional Freedom Technique can also be referred as energy tapping or "acupuncture without the needles". It is a meridian based relaxation technique that can decrease anxiety, increase mind-body awareness & help with cognitive shifts.

EFT is a somatic therapy, so it connects the mind to the body and encourages clients to feel emotions in their body. As we tap on your feelings buried inside you, we will bring them to the surface to release them. 

I can use this technique to :

• Reduce stress & control anxiety
• Address and release unwanted emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, jealousy, guilt (etc.) & physical pain

What is Angelic Reiki? 

It is a safe, natural and powerful energy healing modality that works at a Soul level, with the purest Angelic healing energies, promoting healing, balance & wellbeing on all levels. It can address physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual imbalances as well as ancestral issues throughout time and space.

During a session, I am the vessel to let the healing of the Angels heal you. You will feel relaxed, warm and safe while the angels connect with you through your consciousness, to bring the healing that best serve you at the time.

Sessions will be done at distance online or remotely. It is suitable for anyone.

The healing continues for 3 to 4 weeks following the treatment.
