About me
I have been practising yoga for the last 35 years, and have been a yoga teacher for five years now. I trained with YogaLondon, and work with groups or individuals, using Vinyasa flow, and Restorative Yoga, either from my shala on the river, or in your own home.
I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher, and use Reiki alongside yogic breathing, meditation and visualisation techniques, to help you find peace, calm and relaxation. I also offer Reiki Level 1 and 2 teaching.
