About me
I'm Jo, I am a Reiki Master and Reiki Teacher, Counsellor and Holistic Life Coach.
I have been successfully working with Reiki energy since 2011.
After struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem for years, I became interested in Alternative and Holistic Therapies to help me to recover. It was whilst training to be a Counsellor that Reiki came into my life.
Reiki had such a profound effect on me, that I knew I wanted to share it with others.
What is Reiki?

Reiki works holistically on your mind, body and spirit. It can help you understand the meaning and purpose of your life and has the potential to spiritually awaken you. By opening yourself to this energy your life can flow with balance and ease.
Reiki can help to unblock stored emotions, memories, and beliefs that could be holding you back. It can bring you peace and relaxation and a new perception on problems and issues.
If you are feeling unwell, stuck, depressed, anxious, not sure who you really are or where you are going or just in need of some rest and relaxation. Reiki can help LIBERATE you from the things that get in the way of you being healthy, feeling happy and living your best life.
What to expect:
You will either lay on a couch, always fully clothed or be sitting comfortably in a reclining chair.
The treatment involves no manipulation or massage. I lay my hands gently and appropriately on your body or if you are not comfortable being touched, I can place my hands directly above you.
You might feel some heat or cold in different areas or tingling sensations or alternatively, you might not feel anything, all of which is perfectly normal. We are all unique and respond differently to the healing energy of Reiki.
Contentment, relaxation, decreased feelings of stress, fear and anxiety are common observations after a treatment.
The Fee:
The fee for a one hour treatment is £60, to include a time to discuss what you want from the session and time to process how you felt afterwards.

Reiki is primarily given for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation to promote well-being. Reiki is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.
Reiki practitioners do not:

- Interfere with treatment from a licensed medical professional
