About us

Who is Integrative Balance?

Founded in 2020 as a hypnotherapy practice dedicated to relieving anxiety and depression caused by the pandemic, Integrative Balance underwent a major transformation and rebranding in 2023. The new approach aims to incorporate the power of crystals in achieving holistic healing and harmony for the mind, body, and soul.

How do crystals work.

The workings of crystals can be understood through the concept of energy. Essentially, everything is composed of energy, and this includes crystals which possess their own distinct energy field. When used during a therapy session, these energy fields interact with the auric field of the human body. The resulting exchange of energy serves to balance and harmonize the energies within the body, addressing deficiencies in depleated areas and reducing excesses in overstimulated regions. Energy healing is not restricted by time or distance, and can be practiced in-person, online or even remotely.

What to expect from your therapy sessions

Crystals can help you cope with a variety of physical concerns, including chronic pain, arthritis-induced joint pain, inflammation and swelling. They can also aid in boosting the immune system, balancing the thyroid, activating the thymus, improving the absorbtion of vitamins and minerals, increasing fertility, promoting deep cellular healing and regeneration, and speeding up the healing process after surgical interventions.

Emotionally, crystals can serve as valuable companions if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and challenging relationships with family members, friends, and co-workers. Crystals have a calming and reassuring influence, comforting, nurturing and offering their gentle, non intrusive support in times of crisis and post traumatic events.

Crystals have the ability to provide comfort and restore balance, making it easier to cope with lack of concentration, and mental stress. They help clear mental fog, leading to improved decision-making abilities. Crystals can help strengthen your personality by encouraging self expression with compassion and kindness.

Whether you're seeking relief for physical or emotional discomfort, crystals are a potent tool that can aid in your pursuit of wellness.

Bring balance and wealth into your work and personal life

Crystals are an effective means of purifying and revitalizing your personal or professional space. By reducing geopathic stress and fostering harmony between the energies of the land, building, and occupants, these minerals create a lively and optimistic atmosphere, encouraging healthy interactions among colleagues or family members.

Crystals and pets

Crystals have the potential to invigorate your furry companions, accelerate their recovery process from physical ailments, and enhance their emotional well-being.

Hypnotherapy with crystals

Integrative Balance offers a unique opportunity for those seeking hypnotherapy, particularly Past Life Regression therapy, utilizing crystals. This service is not to be overlooked and is the perfect way to round out your healing experience.
