My therapeutic and coaching work with clients combines elements from person-centred counselling, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, Jungian Archetypal Psychology and a raft of other styles, philosophies and modalities, gathered over the last 23 years of my own healing and self development journey.
