About me

Are you suffering with stress, anxiety, depression or just feeling out of sorts. The truth is, life can be joyful. If you want to release emotions that are holding you back from joy, EFT can help.

Sometimes, the root cause of those feelings lies in the past. I combine different techniques to permanently shift these, so that the issue stops popping up in different ways and with different symptoms. Create lasting change for your present and future.

I currently only offer online sessions. In these sessions, you can focus on removing blocks and obstacles to feeling good and achieving your heart's desires.

Training, qualifications & experience

If you are living with anxiety or trauma, I can create a personalised approach to help you move forward with your life. I am an Advanced EFT practitioner and Reiki Master. I also bring in other modalities including Matrix Reimprinting, Havening, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. Having worked in this field since 2006, I have a lot of experience, allowing me to find the best way forward, whatever issues you bring.

I am an accredited member of EFT International (EFTi), the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH), and the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

I hold a PG Dip in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a PG Cert in Clinical Hypnosis.
