Over 20 natural treatments for stress management, pain & injury rehabilitation and wellbeing. We specialise in physical rehabilitation and maintenance through a range of treatments including Remedial Sports Therapy and massage as well as offering emotional health support through Counselling, CBT and Mindfulness. Additional information

We offer 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute treatment durations, starting at just £30 for 30 minutes massage. We aim to keep our fees competitive to offer value for money without compromising the standard of care you receive.
