About me
I help people overcome their life challenges and transform life crises into opportunities. My expertise lies in working with clients in the areas of trauma, abuse, self-harm, low self-esteem, life transitions and fear of change, procrastination, depression, stress, anxiety and spiritual crisis. I use a tool box of Energy Therapy techniqus, synergistically blending Energy Psychology, EFT and NLP with mindfulness, hands-on and other healing modalities where appropriate. I hold a safe space of unconditional acceptance and guide my clients through a process of becoming aware of their toxic beliefs and emotions, facilitating the release of emotions, trauma and patterns which do not serve any more. This is deeply transformative work which allows the client to find a new perspective, to re-frame and gently shift from Ego consciousness to Essence, into a state of Being. The process resolves issues at the deepest level, re-establishing harmony on all levels of our being, often including the physical.

- 2007-2010: 3 Year Diploma programme at The School of Energy Healing (today: Foundation for Integrated Energy Healing)
- 2011: Reiki 3, Master Teacher.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Reiki Federation is a professional association with the objective of forming a national umbrella organisation for education, training and guidance in the practice of reiki.
Currently the Reiki Federation requires their members to have signed their code of ethics, hold practitioner insurance and hold certificates appropriate to their membership type.
EFT International (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a not for profit organisation, commited to promoting and maintaining high professional standards within Emotional Freedom Techniques. All practitioners listed on the website hold appropriate insurance cover and have agreed to abide by the associations Code of Conduct and Ethics. In addition, members are also required to carry out an annual minimum number of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
