Training, qualifications & experience

All of our osteopaths are fully qualified to the level of a Masters qualification in Osteopathy. They are all registered with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy.

Our osteopaths specialise in:

  • Treatment of low back pain and sciatica
  • Management of slipped discs, also known as lumbar disc herniations

  • Workplace ergonomic assessment
  • Running assessment for marathon runners, park runners and triathletes

All of our sports massage therapists are fully qualified and registered with the the Sports Massage Association or the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.

When you visit us for a sports massage, you can be sure that your therapist will be skilled at assessing your problem and will determine the appropriate techniques to apply. These techniques will improve your soft tissue condition and joint mobility, thereby easing pain and improving function.
