Hi there! Welcome to my page. My reflexology practice includes an approach called Inner Intent Reflexology. Since my training as a reflexologist, I wanted to learn to work as a team with the client, on a deeper level that allowed the client to have a greater awareness of their body. By using inner intent, this enables me to work with the client, setting the intention to bring balance to every part of the body, so that each cell can work in harmony. The sessions are guided, taking the client on a journey through their body, focusing on areas that communicate signs of imbalance. The sessions are very relaxing and nourishing. It also gives the client the golden opportunity to stop, rest and be completely present with themselves.
If you have any questions about what I offer as a reflexologist, then please do give me a call. It would be a delight to hear from you.
