Having tried conventional methods of weight loss, low energy and poor digestive health, I personally experienced significant positive benefits from Kinesiology and decided to train professionally as a Kinesiologist. Due to my interest in complementary health I have gained qualifications as a Master Practitioner in Time Line Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic-Programming.
During the course I was excited to learn techniques for digestive health through food sensitivity testing, Ileo-Ceacal Valve and Houston valve corrections, balancing blood sugars, maintaining weight loss as well as looking at digestive health nutritional support paying particular interest in developing a realistic digestive plan tailored to a clients needs.
I am particularly passionate about supporting clients in preparation for pregnancy and fertility for men and women. Sessions include looking at endocrine system support, emotional stress relief as well as recommendations for nutritional support.
Having been an athlete for 20 years, I understand the importance of maintaining energy levels as well as prevention of injury and dealing with injury or pain on the body. Kinesiology techniques including injury recall, TMJ corrections, gait testing, postural corrections as well as recommending nutritional support and advice were exciting to learn.
Within a relaxing and caring environment, you will be treated with care and compassion. Each session is tailored to suit your individual needs and your personal requirements.
