Abbas' Osteopathic Clinic
179 Crescent Road
Qualifying with a first class BSc Honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine from one of only ten specialist institutes in the UK, Zaheer has been delivering private healthcare services in the South Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire areas since 2010.
Training, qualifications & experience
Due to his interest in clinical medicine, Zaheer developed an independent affiliation with the Epsom and St Helier's University Teaching Hospitals Trust. It was here where Zaheer, in addition to his osteopathic training, was privileged enough to carry out a significant amount of time undergoing medical training and shadowing some of the UK's most renowned consultants in a variety of fields.
He is now pursuing this at some of the hospitals in the North West region. Zaheer is a member of the British Osteopathic Association and registered with the General Osteopathic Council. He has a special interest in medico-legal reporting, acting as an expert witness, and sports injuries, both of which have developed due to his exposure whilst treating sports professionals.
Drawing skills from the Art and Science he has acquired through extensive research and clinical practice simultaneously with his unique techniques in treating many chronic and acute musculo-skeletal conditions, Zaheer became very quickly recognised and likened by sports professionals. His remarkable success in treating sports injuries and other, often chronic, conditions and injuries gained him a reputation in this area and consequently led to an increasing demand for this type of treatment.
