At Pain Solutions we offer osteopathy, acupuncture and foot care.

Osteopathy can help people from all ages, who have musculo-skeletal problems.

This includes back and neck pain, joint problems, muscle strain, whiplash, arthritis, sport injuries, postural problems etc.

At Pain Solutions we use dry needling when appropriate in conjunction with osteopathy for pain relief and reducing soft tissue tension.

The foot clinic is run by one of the osteopaths for all aspects of foot care including: corn& calluses, Nail problems, foot apin, Bunions, Diabetic care and verrucas.

We also carry out biomechanical assessments and provide insoles if needed.

Ergonomic advice will be given to people to help them with their posture at work place or at home.
