What advice should I expect following a consultation?
As Ayurveda approaches all ailments from a holistic perspective, we recommend changes to your current diet and lifestyle which might be contributing to your symptoms and creating the imbalance and prescribe herbs where necessary to bring the system back to its natural balance, hence restoring health and well being. All consultations are followed by a written report with recommendations.

Will Ayurvedic herbs be provided?
Triveda sources its own herbs and Ayurvedic formulations from a reputed source and prescribes them as per your ailment. Where necessary we also make up a formulation specific to you, so treatment is very personalized. Therefore clients do not have to source herbs through the internet and other sources where quality is not guaranteed.

How long should I expect before I see changes?
It depends on how chronic the ailment is and for how long you have had the symptoms. Based on the diagnosis Ragini will give you a time scale at each stage of your treatment.

After the initial Consultation how often do I need to come?
Follow up appointments are in 2 - 3 months depending on the severity of your condition. These appointments are shorter and last for 45 minutes, where we check your tongue and pulse and alter your herbs if required.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
