About me

My name is Tristan and I'm a Reiki practitioner in London.  Reiki has made a huge change in my life; I embrace it as a spiritual practice as well as a healing methodology.  I offer treatments of both Usui Reiki Ryoho and Usui Shiki Ryoho and I am especially interested in the origins of Reiki and its philosophical and religious underpinnings.

If you've never experienced Reiki before, it would be my joy to share it with you.  It can help you relax and come into greater touch with your deepest Self.  It can improve your energy levels and promote a general sense of well being in your entire Being.

Please visit my website for more about Reiki and how I practice.

Training, qualifications & experience

Reiki is taught by transmission and it is customary to set out our lineage.

I have been taught both the Western and Japanese traditions to the Okuden level by my teachers, Brighitta Moser-Clark (Awakening Light Reiki) and Justine Nolan (East London Reiki).
