About me

Hi I'm Tina, I'm a fully qualified Reflexology specialist, with a calming studio in SW17. Covering Tooting, Balham, Clapham & Wandsworth Common.  I am eager to help people on their wellness journey in a relaxed environment. As an ex trained chef I talk through diet and lifestyle as part of my consultation with each client to help with their wellbeing overall.

Reflexology is a natural healing therapy based on the concept that the nerve ending in each foot relate to a specific organ, gland or body part.
By applying gentle pressure to these reflexes (also in hands & face) it can create a stimulating response up into the target area of the body  improving function of that part of the body, bringing about a state of deep relaxation & stimulating the body’s own healing process. Which makes it the perfect antidote to modern life.

I have had some great results from my clients with joint problems and sleep & stress issues among others. It is a non invasive treatment so is suitable for young and old alike.

I am a member of The Association of Reflexologists and am fully insured.
