About me

I practice in Uplands in Swansea. I have a strong belief that we are mostly, to some level, responsible for our own well-being and can take pro-active steps to ensure we lead a healthy disease and injury free life. The stresses and strains of life sometimes knock us away from our inherent balanced healthy state and see it as my role as an acupuncturist to help my patients regain mental, spiritual and physical equilibrium.

I practice Chinese acupuncture, cupping, gua-sha and Tua na.
