Based in Uckfield High Street, we are a complementary health studio. We offer a tailored range of holistic therapies to treat the 'whole you' delivered by our highly experienced therapists. A true sanctuary in the heart of East Sussex.

Training, qualifications & experience
Over 20 years experience in the field or reflexology and 5 years with Reiki. An ambassador for the Association of Reflexologists.
Specialises in hot stone reflexology and facial reflexology with experience of treating many long term chronic conditions such as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety and Depression as well as supporting oncology clients.
Also teaches reflexology to level 5 standard which includes maternity, fertility, lymphatic drainage, hot stones, facial and oncology.

Association of Reflexologists
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.
Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration with CNHC.
Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
Federation of Holistic Therapists
FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.
There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.
FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
