The Ayurveda Practice
The Ayurveda Practice offers Ayurvedic consultations and treatments with fully qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Kate Siraj (BSc Hons Ayurveda Manipal-India, MChem Oxon, Full APA member).
Ayurveda (aa-yer-vay-da, ‘the science of life’) is an Indian traditional system of medicine with a 5000 year track record. This holistic science looks at root causes rather than patching over symptoms. It alleviates a huge array of physical and mental ailments through dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal medicines, healing oil treatments and purificatory treatments. Ayurveda helps you to maintain or restore your natural balanced state so you can truly enjoy your life.
