About me

I am a sports and remedial massage therapist based at West Norwood Therapies in West Norwood SE27 and also at The Practice at 322, West End Lane, West Hampstead NW6.

I work with both sporty and non sporty people. I look after Windrush Triathlon Club helping keep them at peak performance and injury free and I also treat many people suffering from pain caused by postural problems, repetitive strain injuries and other conditions such as sciatica and migraine.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at the London School of Sports and Remedial Massage in Regents Park gaining a Level 5 diploma.

I have also trained with Osteon and am qualified to use medical acupuncture for muscular problems.

Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage

The Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage works to support the interests and development of those within the profession.

To join the ISRM as a member, applicants must have a BTEC Level 5 qualification or similar and must have valid insurance to practice. In addition to this members must also agree to adhere to the associations code of ethics and conduct and must also carry out continued professional development.

£95 90 mins, £65 per hour, £45 for 30 mins
