About me

I use Classical and Traditional Acupuncture to heal and support all aspects of your physical, mental, emotional health and wellbeing.

Your unique and intricate body possesses a fanatical devotion to keeping you alive and healthy. Acupuncture recognises the body's energetic power to self-heal and connects with your intuitive forces within, helping to bring about a natural state of balanced harmony.

My own personal experience of how successful this therapy can be at alleviating and overcoming disease by helping to maintain good health, was pivotal to why I chose to study at the International College of Chinese Medicine (ICOM) and qualify as a licensed acupuncture practitioner.

Over the last 2 years I have regularly treated patients, first at the college and now in my own clinic located in the peaceful village of Dormansland.

I am successfully supporting patients who are suffering a variety of acute or chronic conditions and symptoms such as; pain management of many musculoskeletal disorders or sports injury, stress modulation, emotional anxiety and mental disruption, inflammatory and allergy reactions, auto-immune and post-viral syndromes including long-covid, insomnia, migraine headache control, inflammatory gut digestive disorders, menstrual management, fertility support and many dermatological conditions including acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Acupuncture is a well-researched, safe and minimally invasive therapy; therefore, many patients are recommended acupuncture by their doctor or Consultant. Many want a supportive treatment to alleviate ongoing acute or chronic conditions, or are struggling to cope emotionally and feeling generally unwell. Some patients seek an alternative therapy after inconsistent treatment outcomes. You don't have to have a health-related reason to be treated, you may just feel that acupuncture helps to bring a balance to your mind, body and spirit, enabling you to cope with whatever life throws your way.

I have personally experienced and witnessed the holistic ability of acupuncture to successfully heal human beings. As a practitioner I feel privileged to help and support patients with such an extraordinarily gentle therapy.

Training, qualifications & experience

I attended the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM), graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture.  My 5-year intensive studies encompassed the Western principles of Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, together with both classical and traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture, Cupping therapy and Moxibustion techniques.

I am also a trusted and certified member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). The BAcC is our licensed acupuncture practitioner’s main regulator and governing body, with defining principles in the code of hygienic standards and safe practice for public protection.
