EffectivePhysio is a new physio service in the Horsham area run by Sue Cowley, an experienced physiotherapist in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and acupuncture. Sue owned a successful physiotherapy clinic in Hertfordshire for 6 years before moving to Horsham in July 2014.
At EffectivePhysio treatment will based on a thorough assessment and the patient‘s own goals. The aim is to regain function and prevent further reoccurance.

Training, qualifications & experience
Sue qualified with an honours degree in Physiotherapy in 1990 at the Royal London Hospital. She has also practised acupuncture for 18 years. She is registered with the Health Professional Council and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
After qualifying, Sue gained valuable experience working abroad in Australia and New Zealand and then around the UK. She has settled in the South East for the past 16 years during which she has worked in NHS and private settings.
Sue was also privileged to be selected as a Gamesmaker at the 2012 Olympics!
Recently Sue attended training for Occupational Health issues and workstation assessments. She is also a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics

Clinics and home visits are available in the Horsham area. People of all ages and backgrounds with muscle, joint and/or soft tissue problems are treated at EffectivePhysio.

Self-funding clients also welcome.
No referral necessary.
