About me

Easing your body back to health is my aim.

My healthcare career started traditionally in 1983, but my interest in complementary therapy and, in particular, bodywork began in 1990 when I trained in massage therapy and aromatherapy.

In 2009, I qualified in the Bowen Technique which combined with my most recent study, the amazing Emmett technique, now accounts for 90% of my work.

These wonderful therapies have proven to me that the body relaxes and releases more under GENTLE pressure. Since using this technique, my success rates have increased dramatically.

Every week I see people of all ages, from tiny babies to the elderly. Those seeking treatment are often suffering from back and neck pain, headaches, joint problems as well as other issues such as stress. Every week I am further convinced that it's a case of ''No pain, All gain".
