About us
At the St Margarets Physiotherapy Clinic we offer a wide range of treatments, including physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, sports rehab, podiatry, reflexology, reiki, pilates, yoga, and core stability classes.
Our specialists help to assist injured and impaired patients, of all ages and varying states of pain and inactivity, back to comfort and wholeness.
We provide a drug free, holistic approach to healthcare, enabling our clients to regain physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Our practitioners have been carefully selected. All have diverse experiences within their chosen fields and have been employed in a range of settings, including the NHS, private clinics, and in the community.
Training, qualifications & experience
Since I qualified with a BSc Physiotherapy in 2010 I have worked predominantly in private clinics, originally with post-operative and orthopaedic patients and subsequently in all outpatient areas - lower limb, upper limb, backs and necks.
I have trained with APPI (the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute) and gained levels 1, 2 and 3 Pilates as well as pre and postnatal qualifications. I have been running Pilates classes for the past five years and believe Pilates to be a huge adjunct to physiotherapy.
I have my M level accredited acupuncture for pain qualification from the University of Hertfordshire and use this practice alongside my physiotherapy treatments.
