About me

Specialising in relaxation massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage and KMI structural integration, we provide intelligent treatments that are tailored to your individual needs, and can help with injury recovery, pain relief and posture improvement, as well as providing the best stress-busting massage in town.

Training, qualifications & experience

Sophie Rose completed her first massage diploma in 2003, and has since clocked up over 2500 hours of training in various therapies ranging from Thai yoga and Indian head massage to lymphatic drainage and Middle Eastern cupping technique, as well as working on a huge variety of people both in the UK and abroad.

As the years progressed she became interested in the more clinical side of hands-on work, deciding to train at the respected London School of Sports Massage in 2009, and becoming a BTEC level 5 sports and remedial massage therapist, the highest level that can be obtained in the UK. Most recently she has completed a 500 hour training in KMI Structural Integration, developed by Thomas Myers (author of the ground-breaking Anatomy Trains) and based on the pioneering work of Dr. Ida P Rolf.

She is currently undertaking four years of training in the Feldenkrais Method, and is an enthusiastic researcher of anything to do with health, bodywork and somatic therapies.
