About me
My name is Solange and you can call me Sol.
My journey in complementary therapies started like you, looking for a more natural way of self-care and I found the Bach Flowers to be my first contact.
I fell in love with the flower essences and how the energy of the flowers subtly led me to better understand my moment, my emotions, and my way of thinking.
After a few years I found Reiki therapy and from client I became a teacher after a few years of studies.
I trained in the Western Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki since 1999, working with three different teachers over a period of 3 years to attain master teacher/level 3-Shipinden in 2002.
As I considered myself an eternal student, Reiki guided me through the years until I found myself a yearning to go back, as far as possible, to the original foundations of Reiki and sought out the tradition Usui Teate Reiki system and Jikiden Reiki, here in the UK.
The time flies and now it is 25 years of experience.
Today, my work evolved and I become a Life Coach, incorporate my experience as a Reiki Senior Teacher and Practitioner, Flower essence practitioner working with Florais de Saint Germain (UK Ambassador) and Bach Flower.

1. Where in the UK are you?
I am based in a quiet village called Huthwaite, junction 28 of M1, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Notts.
2. Why Land of Reiki and Aroma?
Land of Reiki and Aroma arose from my wish to combine Wellness Coach, Reiki, Flower Essences, Ho'oponopono and Meditation as therapeutic tools.
3. Is it for me?
The combination of these therapies/tools may assist and support you in your journey, where you are searching to understand better your emotions, thoughts, experiences in the path to feel happier in your life.

CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration. Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
