Soazig Nedelec - Soas & Co - #BodyFixer
After decades of physical and physiological problems ranging from digestive and hormonal concerns to debilitating sciatica pain, joint dysfunction and many more life-limiting issues, Soaz came across the Bowen Technique in 2010 and never looked back.
Since completing her initial training in 2011, Soaz had the incredible opportunity to train with some of the most experienced and knowledgeable Bowen practitioners worldwide, leading to ongoing discussions regarding Tom Bowen's work with a view to continually refine her own technique.
In July 2018 Soaz added OldPain2Go® to her skills, a verbal technique designed by Steven Blake which is incredibly effective at resolving 'faulty' brain-body connection. This technique is allowing her to help clients free themselves from chronic or recurring physical concerns so that they enjoy the benefits of a body functioning effortlessly - and so painlessly, and the life that goes with it.
A former professional Ballroom dancer and keen rugby aficionado, Soaz thoroughly enjoys working with athletes of all levels and is readily available to work on acute and traumatic injuries so that athletes can return to the practice of their sport in a time frame as short as possible.
She will, naturally, treat all members of the public who seek her help and expert understanding of the human body.
