I offer appointments within your own home conducting individual assessments based on a whole-person approach.
From this, I tailor personalised, evidence-based treatment plans to help manage your problem.

This community based service offers treatment for a wide variety of conditions/injuries.
Neurological - stroke, Parkinson's Disease, MS, MND, Huntingdon's among others.
Musculoskeletal - back pain, arthritis, muscle strains, sciatica among others.
Orthopaedic - total knee/hip replacements etc.
Mobility and balance rehab.
Physio helps to rebuild strength and fitness after periods of immobility due to age or a variety of conditions.
Training, qualifications & experience
Siobhan is a Chartered Physiotherapist and a member of HCPC - Health and Care Professions Council.
She is an experienced Community Physiotherapist and prior to her work in the private sector was a Senior Physio within the NHS.
Siobhan has worked across a variety of settings such as Outpatients, Community, Neuro, Elderly Care and Mental Health.
This has enabled Siobhan to offer a holistic approach towards the treatment of all of her clients.
30 minute home visit
60 minute home visit
Full payment is required at the end of each appointment.
At present South Leicestershire Physiotherapy only accepts cash payments.
Cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice are chargeable at full rate.
Appointments are available -
Mondays between 8am and 4pm.
Evening and alternative day appointments may be available upon request.
