About me
I am an experienced acupuncturist and cranio-sacral therapist.
I have over 25 years of experience as a certified Physical Therapist. My passion lies in the intersection of Western and Eastern medical philosophies, with a special focus on physical and mental pain relief. My approach emphasises the health of the whole person and offers an effective path to well-being, particularly in the realm of reproductive health.
My commitment to this field is rooted in my personal experiences with the ordeal of fertility issues as well as overcoming a serious back injury in my twenties. I have a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges involved for both women and men when trying to start a family or live a pain-free life. I have had much success with this and many other issues.
I hold certifications in Complimentary Medicine, Meditation, Acupuncture, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Iyengar Yoga, which enable me to offer a comprehensive and integrative approach to health and healing. I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, and the Acupuncture Society.
