About me

My journey began with Reiki in 2006 and over the years I have added some new treatments which I felt would complement my work with energy.

What sets me apart from other therapists is that I am a 'lover of people', so I spend a lot of time listening to how people are really feeling. I treat 'you' how I would like to be treated. I go out of my way to make you feel at ease - this will ensure you get the very best from our time spent together.

Once you have shared how you feel we can then look at bringing things back into balance. I might suggest a combination of treatments which can be carried out in an hour, where you will feel both mentally and physically 'lifted'. For example - a head, neck and shoulder massage could be followed by some reiki or you might grind your teeth at night and hold a lot of tension in your face - so we might go for a face massage and some reiki to finish the treatment.

I sometimes suggest making some small changes i.e. drink more water - or try to put more energy into you, even if you only have a small window of time.

You as the client knows what is best for you, but sometimes we need a little extra support. If you have been around the block a few times like me you soon realise at some point that you were doing all the right things and feeling good - then life got in the way!!

You now find yourself with no energy, or you are feeling blocked. The good news is that this can easily be turned around. Some people have felt more positive and energised from the first session.

I could go on and write a lot of information about each of the treatments, but I feel it's more helpful to say an appointment with me is an experience which is intended to make you feel better either physically from the massage or emotionally from the reiki healing or in some cases both.

Everyone has a different story to tell which is why each treatment is unique to you. I feel that life is a beautiful gift to be enjoyed. Sometimes life takes us down a road where we did not expect to find ourselves, essentially we are all trying to get back to that point where life felt good which for some is only a matter of time!!

Further information

My whole career is based on working one on one, I build relationships based on honesty and trust. It's a partnership of us working together. My main objective is for people to feel they have been given the time (which is always in short supply) to reach a personal place where they feel more balanced and grounded in a world where everything seems to move at 100 miles per hour.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
