Currently offering an individualised bespoke mobile massage service to clients in Croydon, Surrey and surrounding areas.

Training, qualifications & experience

Coming from a background in Sports Rehabilitation and dance and with a passion and ever growing interest in overall health and well-being, Selina has developed a thorough understanding of the body and what it needs to flourish.

Having graduated from Middlesex University in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention Selina has worked with professional dancers, gymnasts and athletes as well as members of the general public both in the UK and USA.

From 2003 – 2008 Selina worked at a number of large NHS Hospital Trusts and has gained extensive professional experience of supporting clients with neurological and physical disabilities and their carers to carry out various therapy plans for conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Stroke
  • Motor Neurone Disease
  • Multiple Sclerosis and
  • Spinal Injuries

This area of health and well-being is where she realised she wanted to make a difference and continues to hold an enthusiastic passion for rehabilitation from disability.

In 2009 Selina qualified with an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage and has continued to update her knowledge base with regular accredited training, workshops and master classes with established and highly reputable training providers.

Most recently Selina has been working in the area of Mental Health for 2 of the largest NHS Mental Health Trusts in London. During this time she has gained even more valuable insight into the benefits of massage and holistic therapies not only for your physical well-being, but essentially to maintain a happy and healthy you inside and out.
