About us

Seb Contreras & Associates, based at Castle Clinic, is a team of osteopaths headed by the principal osteopath, Seb Contreras. Seb graduated with honours from the British School of Osteopathy, widely regarded as the premier osteopathic training establishment in the world.  He then went on to complete a Masters degree in Osteopathic Sports Care which was awarded with distinction.

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and manual treatment focusing on the structural integrity of the body. That is, the skeleton, but also the muscles, tendons, ligaments and other soft tissues that are intimately related; pain so often being caused by the protective reaction of a muscle to misalignment and restriction in the small facet joints of the spine or to the minor displacement of other joints in the upper and lower limbs.

Treatment is suitable for every one and appointments can be made by contacting reception.

With a team that includes two osteopaths and one sports therapist, S.Contreras and Associates has an experienced, qualified team of professionals with graduate degree qualifications.
