Hi, I’m Sarah Matthews, as a Reiki Master Practitioner, I am deeply committed to supporting you in your wellness journey.
I’d love to help you regain your balance, reduce stress, promote self-healing, and make transformative shifts in personal growth.
I've been practising Reiki as a Master for ten years and have experienced its potential to support wellness on every level - mind, body and soul.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher in Usui, Holy Fire® III, and Karuna® methods.
I trained as a Master of the Usui method over 10 years ago, and went on to study newly emerging energies.
My Japanese lineage is very close to Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, with just five teachers before me. My style is intuitively-guided, with a focus on experience of working with the energy.
