Sarah Leboff, Holistic Massage Therapist in Bridport, Lyme Regis and Axminster
Holistic Massage to support your health and wellbeing, help ease aches and pains, reduce stress and restore a sense of wellbeing.
Hi, I'm Sarah, a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist with over 10 years' experience of working in clinical practice.
Holistic Massage is completely tailored to you, whether you're experiencing stress and/or anxiety, aches and pains, or have a chronic health condition.
Every Monday afternoon I offer appointments at Axminster Health and Wellbeing Centre. From Tuesday to Friday I offer mobile appointments (home visits) in and around Bridport, Charmouth, Lyme Regis and Axminster.
About Holistic Massage
Holistic Massage takes into consideration your physical, mental and emotional health. During a treatment, you'll experience a unique blend of traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hands-free and remedial techniques. Swedish massage is very relaxing to receive and can help to reduce the effects of stress, including headaches, fatigue and anxiety. Deep tissue massage and remedial techniques can help to treat chronic conditions and relieve aches and pains. Deep tissue massage is applied with skill and sensitivity, and we will work together to achieve the right pressure for you.
I currently work with clients presenting with a wide range of health issues, including stress/anxiety, MS, chronic fatigue syndrome, sciatica, back, neck and shoulder pain and much more. If you have any health concerns, please contact me to find out how I can help you.
What to expect
During the initial appointment, I will take a full health and lifestyle consultation and create a suitable treatment plan.
At the end of your massage, I will offer feedback on anything that I've noticed during the session (e.g. tight muscles in the neck) and aftercare advice. This may include a stretch and/or relaxation technique, which will help to prolong the benefits of your massage in between sessions.
For mobile visits, I bring everything to your home or holiday accommodation, including towels, organic oils and a selection of relaxing music. My massage table is very comfortable and has an integrated arm rest, which gets rave reviews from clients! During the colder months, I also use a heated blanket to ensure that you stay warm throughout your treatment. Please note that I will need a suitable space to set up the massage table with enough room for me to move freely around it, and I will also need to park close by.
