About me
Sarah at Body Logic Massage provides sports, deep tissue and holistic massage therapies at her treatment room in Whitstable. A mobile service is also available to Whitstable and the surrounding areas.
Massage provides significant benefits, whether it be enabling relaxation, treating soft tissue conditions or injuries, that can cause pain on a daily basis.
A wide range of massage techniques are used to provide individually tailored treatments. We always seek to treat not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of your condition, in order to bring about effective, long lasting improvement.
Training, qualifications & experience
Body Logic Massage is led by Sarah Ellmore. She first developed an interest in complementary therapies whilst on a backpacking trip to India and Nepal in the late 90's where she had the opportunity to experience various treatments herself. This enabled her to experience first hand the many benefits massage can bring to your general health.
Sarah is a professionally trained experienced massage therapist who's main focus is on chronic muscular conditions. She uses a wide variety of different massage techniques to provide individually tailored treatments.
