About me

Reiki is a non diagnostic, non invasive, gentle therapy, often referred to as an intelligent form of healing. Reiki activates the healing process in the body to naturally harmonise.

Treatments will promote a calmer response to life’s challenges, while confidently supporting and enhancing other complementary treatments thereby working holistically on all levels, (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual)

Reiki works effectively alongside orthodox health care and strengthens your body’s own natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki can help with stress and illness by encouraging relaxation bringing balance to the mind and emotions by supporting personal choices, diet, exercise, and lifestyle improvement.

It is not based on any belief or faith system, and does not take the place of conventional medicine.

It is given fully clothed and in a quiet environment, all information is given in confidence

If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.
