About me

I am passionate about the benefits that Reflexology can bring to people of all ages, such as deep relaxation, improved well-being and the release of tension, stress and anxiety.

As the mother of two young children I experienced first-hand the benefits of reflexology throughout both my pregnancies. I have a special interest in maternity reflexology and I am a fully qualified Maternity Reflexologist.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained at The London School of Reflexology. I have been a fully qualified Reflexologist since 2009 and I hold a Level 3 diploma in Reflexology I trained in Maternity Reflexology with Sally Earlham. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and am also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
