About me
Sandy Steele gained her Licentiate in Acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in 2003 and has been practising acupuncture in Oxford ever since. She joined the faculty at CICM in 2006 and especially enjoys helping students to develop their practical skills.
In 2015, Sandy opened Bonn Square Therapy Room to provide a peaceful, accessible treatment space in central Oxford. Sandy is especially interested in working with pain management, mental and emotional issues and women's health including fertility and menopause. It's Sandy's firm belief that acupuncture treatment should empower patients to take control of their own health; she will always work with you to support diet and lifestyle change if you need it.
As well as her qualifications in acupuncture, Sandy also holds a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford. When she isn't practising acupuncture she can usually be found walking, cycling and occasionally running across the hills of Yorkshire!
