How can I help as your Naturopath and Functional Medicine Practitioner?
My intention is to take my thirst for knowledge, education and experience and use all of this to work with you on your health goals.
My emphasis is not placed upon strict, faddy diets (I do not give lists of foods not to eat!) nor the use of lots of supplements, but I work with you to get to the bottom of your issues, by being thorough and supporting you with any changes that we need to make.
We will work together to help your body to function optimally and consider what it means to be healthy.
Science and research is continually being updated so I make additional training a priority and have been lucky to have specialist training with leaders in their fields to provide me with increased expertise in functional digestive conditions, nervous system health, hormonal health and fatigue.
My approach views the mind-body as a whole, with our nervous system being a key component of health and so I work to bring all of this together in order to create a personalised plan for you.
Please get in touch if you’d like to have a chat, or take a look at my website for more information- I offer a free 10 minute initial consultation so we can chat first too.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, completing a 3-year course in Nutritional Therapy and a 2-year course in Naturopathy.
I then furthered my training by studying for one year with the Kresser Institute, the only functional medicine and evolutionary health training company. I am one of only 10 ADAPT Trained Health Practitioners in the UK. This is led by Chris Kresser, who is one of the sharpest functional medicine clinicians and educators I know. I love his evidence-based, yet practical approach and the one-year course was an in-depth functional medicine training for supporting the most common chronic health conditions.
Science and research is continually being updated so I make additional training a priority and have been lucky to have specialist training with leaders in their fields to provide me with increased expertise in functional digestive conditions, nervous system health, hormonal health and fatigue. My approach views the mind-body as a whole, with our nervous system being a key component of health and so I am also a member of Fi Feehan’s Practitioner Programme, who as a highly skilled emotional health practitioner, is sharing all her knowledge and training with us in a small group training setting.
In addition to my one-to-one work in clinical practice, I also regularly lecture with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and run the BeMoreTree programme with Fi Feehan, which brings together all of our combined knowledge in nervous system regulation.
I am a fully insured registered member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC).

TESTIMONIALS (via google reviews & emailed)
"I have worked with many Naturopaths over the years, but they never solved my long term digestive issues. The first time I met Sandra she listened and understood what I needed. Her incredible knowledge, professionalism and looking at both the body and mind, has at last brought my body back to good health in quite a short time of working with her. I highly recommend you book an appointment, as in my eyes she is the best Naturopath around, and I am so very grateful that I found her… " C.L
"Visiting Sandra was a leap into the unknown which I am very glad I did. Sandra is incredibly knowledgeable and pragmatic in her approach and has helped me lose a considerable amount of weight, improve my general health and wellbeing, improve my energy levels and also provided me with an understanding of what does and doesn't work for me and my body! I am very glad that I booked that initial consultation and couldn't recommend Sandra enough!" Phil
"Working with Sandra has been great! She has helped immensely with my gut complaints and I have achieved almost all my therapy goals. This despite years of trying everything under the Sun (and Moon) and many practitioners. She is attentive, direct, cost effective and empathetic. I would highly recommend her services" Tom -Brighton
"It's so refreshing to be given such good, sensible and practical advice which has been of real benefit to my health and wellbeing. I was worried I might be told what 'not to do, not to eat', etc, but Sandra takes an entirely different approach based on a holistic view of one's individual life and needs - I highly recommend her." Daryl.
