About me

I am a BTEC Level 5 Sports massage therapist with over 9 years experience of working with both sports and non-sports people alike.

I practise pregnancy, deep tissue, remedial and Swedish massage and will tailor make a treatment to suit your needs. I use a range of tools including muscle energy techniques, myo-fascial and trigger point therapy as well as kinesio-taping to achieve optimum results.

Supported a 9 day corporate bike ride from London to Barcelona (950 miles), providing treatment as required during the ride and post-event massage in the evenings.

Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage

The Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage works to support the interests and development of those within the profession.

To join the ISRM as a member, applicants must have a BTEC Level 5 qualification or similar and must have valid insurance to practice. In addition to this members must also agree to adhere to the associations code of ethics and conduct and must also carry out continued professional development.

I charge £40.00 per hour which is inclusive of fuel costs and any additional parking costs
90 minutes is £60.00

I am willing to consider club discounts if I see up to three members of that club/sports team

I offer a 25% forces discount

Weekday evenings only between 6.30-9.30pm mobile massage within 3 miles of GU11 2HT
