About me

Ros is a qualified reflexologist and clinical aromatherapist, she practises in and around Thame with home visits for reflexology/hot stone reflexology/aromatherapy.
Reflexology aims to relax and balance the body, it can help with many issues of modern day life. During a reflexology treatment, hot stones can be used with Aromatherapy using inhalation/creams/compresses to calm and unwind body.

Mainly organic essential oils are used, the treatment is tailored for each client.

Training, qualifications & experience

Ros qualified in 2013 Clinical Aromatherapy at the S.E.E.D Institute and a member of the IFPA; and reflexology in 1996 at Aylesbury college and a member of AOR; Swedish massage and anatomy and physiology 1995 at Aylesbury College, ITEC 3. Updated with CPD study, recently vertical Reflexology, Precision Reflexology and Penny Price aromatherapy pain management..

Association of Reflexologists

The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.

Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.


The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists

The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) is a UK registered charity and practitioner-led professional aromatherapy association.

The IFPA aim to maintain a high standard of knowledge and professional practice in all individual members and regulate the practice in a way that ensures high standards of professionalism and safety.
