MIXED ABILITY CLASSES
All exercises in this class have a variety of levels, options and modifications. Beginners can stay at the first level and once confident you can challenge yourself more! The sessions focus on using the correct techniques and postures to target different muscle groups. I use the Pilates ring to help clients engage that core and work areas that are normally tricky to reach, like the inner thighs! It is the perfect class for anyone looking to avoid or recover from injury and people who want to tone up and get strong. It also offers strengthening support to those who train regularly (eg. Runners, swimmers, cyclists) in order to realign muscle imbalances. Pilates really is for everyone, and this class will show you why!
PARENT & BABY CLASS:
Come along and bring your baby. No more trying to find child care!
Pilates is great for over all body conditioning and strengthening – it is gentle, but will still work your body! These classes help restore the pelvic floor and core strength, bring awareness to the body, reduce aches and pains, and help you de-stress and relax. All whilst you spend some fun time with baby! Whilst you exercise, your baby can be next to you on the mat or in their car seat or whatever suits you both.
ONE TO ONE SESSIONS:
If you are new to Pilates, have long term injuries, or specific areas you are very keen to work on, then home visit sessions may be the best option for you! I can work one to one, one to two or with small groups that come together in a space and time that suits them.
Daytime sessions: £35 per hour (Block booking 10 – £30 per hour)
Couples sessions: £45 per hour
"A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth hours of doing sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion" Joseph Pilates
