About me
Namaste, my name is Rekha, I am a Reiki Master Teacher and have been practicing and teaching Reiki since 2009. I am extremely passionate about Reiki as I have seen its healing benefits on physical, mental and emotional levels.
Reiki pronounced - ray -key is a system of natural healing involving the laying on of hands and is thousands of years old. It is widely believed that the technique was first used by Tibetan Buddhist monks and was rediscovered in the 1800's by Mikao Usui. The Usui system of healing is a very simple yet powerful healing technique that is easily learnt, easily given and received by anyone.
After a treatment clients report a general feeling of calmness and wellbeing.
Reiki healing has beneficial effects on most physical mental and emotional conditions such as the following: stress, anxiety, anger, grief, depression, panic attacks, aches and pain in the body, pregnancy, insomnia and even helps with broken hearts.

Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui system of healing with Darshana Vedera, at Barnet College London 2009.

60 minutes Reiki treatment £70
The treatment consists of an initial consultation followed by a guided meditation and the Reiki treatment. I incorporate crystal healing with this.
90 minutes Reiki treatment £100
The sessions are available as distance healing or face to face.
This session includes a full Reiki treatment followed by an in depth look at the chakras and this session also includes any of the following (depending on time)
- advise on crystals to use to balance your chakras
- aura cleansing
- learn grounding
- learn protection
- 1 angel card
- Intuitive guidance on areas of your life that may be of concern to you
