Welcome to Chiltern Hills Therapies.
My name is Rebecca Holmes and I firmly believe that the whole is far more important than the sum of the parts. By this I mean that a healthy person is one who’s physiological, psychological, and spiritual life aspects are aligned in perfect harmony. Simply addressing one of these aspects may rid you of any symptoms you have but not necessarily cure the root problem causing them.
At Chiltern Hills Therapies my aim is to help you achieve harmony using the healing power of natural therapies. I offer Reflexology and Champissage (Indian Head Massage), both of which have been shown to help aid stress and pain reduction, while promoting a positive energy flow throughout the body.
Treatments are conducted in my own private consulting room; conveniently located at my three hundred year old flint cottage in the quiet hamlet of Great Kimble, which nestles at the foot of the Chiltern Hills.
Training, qualifications & experience
Since 2013 I have been running my own complementary therapy business, based in Great Kimble, Buckinghamshire. I am fully qualified in Reflexology, having studied at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine, gaining a Distinction. While my speciality is Reflexology I am also qualified in Indian Head Massage.
Continuous personal development is very important to me. I regularly attend seminars and training courses so that my skill set is updated and refreshed. I recently completed level 3 and 4 in counselling skills which complements my therapy business beautifully.

Home visits are available by appointment. Pricing to be agreed on a case by case basis depending on the distance to travel.
