I teach fun and relaxing vinyasa and yin yoga classes in Droitwich. My students include men and women of all ages and abilities.
Vinyasa, or 'flow yoga' is great for fitness, weight loss, strength, toning and flexibility. Yin Yoga is particularly relaxing and good for releasing both physical and emotional tension.
All of my classes contain pranayama practice, relaxation and meditation - introduced in a very 'light' way,
I also run yoga classes for children and teenagers, and am in the process of setting up a men-only class to focus specifically on issues such as football injuries. If you would like more information, please get in touch.
I also hold meditation and yoga therapy sessions on a group basis and for individuals / couples / families.
I am based in Droitwich so my classes are primarily here however I have students in the wider Worcestershire and West Midlands area.
